Xi Jinping appears as a warlord

Xi Jinping inspected the Joint Operations Command Center of the Military Commission [Commander-in-Chief of the Military Commission] the 8 November. This organ, co-chaired by key members of the Central Military Commission, is also one of the most powerful in the PLA.

Dressed as a warlord, Xi Jinping came to announce the spirit of Congress to the soldiers present.
