Sudan: the challenge of evacuating Chinese expatriates 25 April 2023 China has dispatched a “crew” to help its nationals evacuate the country. However, many Chinese expatriates have decided to flee on their own. Recent press releases from the Chinese embassies in Sudan and Egypt note and deplore the will of many Chinese present on the spot to evacuate Sudan on their own.
