L'entreprise viole la règlementation liée au confinement

Between April and August of this year, the Korean chain Paris Baguette, very popular in China, faces the wrath of the Shanghai Municipal Market Surveillance Bureau. The latter accuses the chain of having continued the production of bread during a period of confinement without having administrative authorization.. Mid August, the penalty fell: 84 680 euros. A trifle for the chain, but a whole symbol for the population.

A company guilty of having continued to supply a confined population, where local governments have clearly failed. As testified by a resident of Xi'An, interviewed by EiR: “you had to have a relationship [with local government] to be on the lists [Delivery]. people complained, but what to do?“.
