The Communist Party continues to grow

Near 97 million members

The Communist Party has published figures on its number of members and their profile. In 2021, close to 4.4 million people have joined the ranks of the largest mass organization on the planet. This represents an increase of 3.7% from 2020 and near 15% since the 18th Congress in 2012. The party authorities pride themselves on counting 30% women and especially more 35% of “worker or peasant” members; otherwise, sign of the times, Marxism becomes a paying career choice : businesses hire more and more Marxist studies graduates for their alleged talents in interacting with local governments and Party organs.
